Fully integrated single-point dToF mini-module
DTS6007M
DTS6007M is a single-channel dToF ( direct time-of-flight ) SiP  Micro Module, which integrates a high-performance dToF SoC and VCSEL transmitter developed by Arctic Microchip. It can achieve high-precision distance measurement within 4.5m, and the frame rate can reach 120Hz. Based on high-performance SPAD sensor, DTS6007 M integrates high-precision TDC and coprocessor on chip, which can measure distance efficiently. The DTS6007M has a built-in histogram algorithm, which has excellent resistance to ambient light and can calibrate pollutants and reflectance.

The DTS6007M uses a 940 nm laser, which meets Class 1 eye safety requirements. It is easy to integrate and use with single power supply and data communication based on I²C interface.
