The DTS6004 is a single-channel miniature dToF SiP module integrating a high-performance dToF SoC from PolarisIC and a VCSEL transmitter. It delivers precise distance measurements up to 5.5 m at 7.5 fps and supports 2×2 time-multiplexed zoning. Built on a high-performance SPAD sensor with on-chip TDC and coprocessor, it enables efficient ranging.
It employs a 940 nm Class 1 eye-safe laser, runs from a single-supply voltage, and communicates over I²C for easy integration and use.
