DTS6004

The DTS6004 is a single-channel dToF (direct time-of-flight) SiP miniature module, integrating a high-performance dToFSoC and VCSElL emitter developed by Polarislc. lt provides accurate distance measurement within a 7-meter range, witha frame rate of up to 30fps. it supports 2x2 time-division partitioning for distance data acquisition.

The DTS6004 is based on a high-performance SPAD sensor, featuring on-chip integration of an accurate TDC andco-processor for eficient distance measurement, The module includes a built-in histoaram algorithm, providina excel.lent ambient light resistance and the ability to calibrate for contaminants and reflectivity.The DTS6004 uses a 940nm laser that meets Class 1 eve safety standards. it operates on a sinale power supply andcommunicates via an I²C interface, making it easy to integrate and use.
