PolarisIC Releases New dToF module DTS6007M to help multi applications

Recently, PolarisIC, a leading depth sensing and low-light imaging chip design company in China, announced the launch of a new single-photon dToF sensor micro-module DTS6007M. This is a single-channel dToF (direct time of flight) SiP micro-module, based on the high-performance SPAD detector and dToF SoC developed by PolarisIC, and integrated with VCSEL emitter and optical components, the comprehensive performance has reached the industry-leading level, and can be widely used in mobile phone laser-assisted focusing.
