PolarisIC Brings New Depth Sensing and Microlight Imaging Products to CIOE Optical Expo

On September 11th, the 25th China International Optoelectronic Expo (hereinafter referred to as: CIOE China Optoelectronic Expo), which has attracted a lot of attention, was grandly opened in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Venue).

  • DTS6004

 DTS6004 is a multi-zone dToF module product, which supports 2×2 time division and zone acquisition of distance data. Relying on the high-performance dToF SoC and VCSEL transmitter, it can realize high-precision distance measurement within a range of 6m, with a frame rate of up to 30Hz, and excellent resistance to ambient light, which enables accurate distance measurement in complex environments.

02DTS6032 As a high-precision, long-distance measurement dToF compact module, the DTS6032 integrates a highly sensitive SPAD sensor and advanced algorithms, with a maximum range of 45m, and can maintain accurate measurements even in a 100KLux bright light environment. With a frame rate of up to 1000fps, the DTS6032 is the first choice for small ToF applications with extreme miniaturization and high performance.

  • DTS6012M

 DTS6012M is a highly integrated and miniaturized dToF ranging module, integrating a highly sensitive SPAD sensor and advanced algorithms to achieve high-precision ranging and sunlight resistance of 12m@100KLux, with a range of up to 20m. Its ultra-small size, lightweight design, and flexible interfaces make it ideal for micro-small-scale dToF applications, and it is also equipped with reflectivity correction and TDC time window configuration functions to meet diversified application scenarios.  The DTS6007M is a highly integrated miniature dToF SiP that integrates a dToF SoC with a VCSEL emitter and optics in a compact package measuring only 4.4 x 2.4 x 1.0 mm. The module is capable of high-precision distance measurements within a range of 4.5 m, with a frame rate of up to 120 Hz, and is capable of contaminant and reflectance calibration, and is easy to integrate. It can be widely used in cell phone laser assisted focusing, sweeper/AGV obstacle avoidance, and projector assisted focusing.

  • PCL7152

 Based on photon counting imaging technology, the new line array image sensor PCL7152 adopts a high sensitivity SPAD sensor, integrated center of mass algorithm and parallel high-speed data output, which is suitable for a variety of high-precision sensing applications such as laser displacement, liquid level detection, spectral confocal, as well as low signal-to-noise ratio environments such as floor sweeper and AGV obstacle avoidance. It is characterized by high sensitivity, high frame rate, direct digital output and rich center-of-mass information processing capability, and supports high-speed parallel data transmission and sunlight substrate subtraction, which can significantly improve the measurement accuracy and stability under complex optical fields.

 Based on PolarisIC's self-developed DTS6007M miniature module, it is characterized by fast measurement speed, high precision and non-inductive measurement, and can be widely used in multiple scenarios.

The new ToF photoelectric sensor integrated with DTS6007M module has significant advantages in terms of precision, anti-interference ability, anti-intensity of light characteristics and design integration. The sensor is not only applicable to the entrance and exit of gates, accurately sensing the flow of people in and out and efficiently counting the number of people, but also can be flexibly applied to the field of cargo counting. When the sensor is mounted on a reciprocating motor to simulate a conveyor belt environment, the photoelectric sensor can count quickly and accurately, regardless of the speed of the conveyor.  DTS6005 has a stable performance, can easily cope with a variety of highly reflective material challenges, frame rate up to 30Hz, to ensure high-speed ranging ability. It has a high degree of accuracy, and the chip's ranging error can be controlled within ±3mm at a measuring distance of less than 15cm. This product can be used in sweeping robots, and is the best performance along-wall sensing solution for sweepers on the market today.
