On January 10th, PolarisIC held its 2025 New Year's banquet. On this annual gathering, all members of PolarisIC came together to celebrate the Spring Festival.

Review the Past and Envision the Future
At the beginning of the annual event, Zhang Rui, Vice President of PolarisIC, delivered the annual summary.

He reviewed the company's development in 2024, sharing achievements in breakthroughs in technology research and development, the onboarding and delivery to core customers, and the construction of a knowledge system. He also analyzed the existing problems and challenges. Looking ahead to 2025, he proposed a core development strategy of "focusing on one goal, implementing two strategies, and carrying out three transformations." He expressed his expectations for all company members: "May our colleagues unite to tackle challenges, move forward with vigor, and roll up their sleeves to work hard!"

Accumulate strength and move forward with optimism
At the New Year's banquet, Wang Lin, President of PolarisIC, delivered a speech.

He elaborated on the development status of the semiconductor industry in 2024 and provided a brief overview of the changes in the industry landscape. Regarding the company's expectations for 2025, he summarized them with three words: "Opportunity," "Adjustment," and "Optimism." He encouraged all employees of PolarisIC to accumulate strength, seize opportunities, make timely adjustments, and move forward with optimism in 2025.

In 2024, PolarisIC saw the emergence of a group of outstanding employees who put the company's core values into practice through their actions—customer orientation, integrity and dedication, continuous innovation, and efficient development. Every effort they made has been a solid foundation for the team's steady progress.

At the New Year’s banquet, the performances by the employees became one of the highlights of the event. Their brilliant performances not only showcased the versatility and talents of the PolarisIC staff, but also added a great deal of joy and festive atmosphere to the banquet.

The raffle segments interspersed between the performances took the joyful atmosphere of the entire banquet to new heights.
